Spoilers Series 6
The time from when they meet at Lake Silencio (4:30 MDT, taken from the invitation) and the time The Doctor dies (5:02, taken from the data of the Teselector) is 32 minutes. The same amount of time it’d take The Doctor to die from the poison.

Holy. Frig. “You will be dead in 32 minutes.”

I’m just going to put this out there because I’m struggling with it. And it will probably be my focus for awhile, kind of like how something being wrong with Amy stuck with me the whole of part one.
The Doctor’s clothes are probably the most important thing in Let’s Kill Hitler. And I think we should keep an eye on them.
Read the more. This is good, because this is what I’ve been thinking about too- the significance of the new coat, plus where he went in the tuxedo after hearing Amelia Pond saying “fish fingers and custard”. (Another reason we know it wasn’t the voice interface was the voice that said that was real, not the slightly computerized one she’d been talking in. I think he hallucinated it.)
I wasn’t thinking it was the wedding because he would have spent longer than the 32 minutes he had left (minus the few minutes he spent with River in the Nazi hall.) But this argument is compelling- I totally missed the pin from the missing corsage!
