Goodbye, David Rakoff
A little while ago I discovered this column on Grub Street, where every week someone with a degree of fame writes up what they ate all week. Most of them are somewhat obnoxious and the comments are even worse. David Rakoff’s was the only one I read that was lovely and actually had positive comments. You should read it.
Another thing I took from it was that it’s okay to drink iced coffee in the winter, and since I really enjoy my daily cold brew coffees in the summer, I decided to make it a year-round ritual. Thanks, David. Brace yourself.
